The region where our Agroturismo in Mallorca is situated – on the edge of the lovely Sóller valley and the imposing Tramuntana mountains – is characterized by a Mediterranean landscape with much unspoiled nature. Oranges and lemons, olives, almonds, rosemary and thyme, tomatoes and other vegetables flourish here perfectly. The Sóller Bay is known for its abundance of fish and red shrimp; lamb and pork from black pigs are further ingredients that have been incorporated into the culinary tradition of the island.


At the opening of Ca’s Xorc and in the first years thereafter the legendary star chef Eckart Witzigmann acted as a culinary consultant. Over the years our kitchen team has independently developed his concept of a fine cuisine further based on high-quality local products.

Our chef interprets the Mediterranean culinary culture in a modern and creative manner. We place great value on the best quality and sustainability, which is why we exclusively use fresh seasonal and regional products for our restaurant, from organic cultivation or even from our own garden whenever possible.


Depending on your wishes and the weather you may eat on the panorama terrace with a view of the sea and mountains or in a charming oil mill, Sa Tafona, more than 100 years old and still fully preserved.

Enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet every day between 8:30 and 10:30 You have the option to sit on the terrace in the middle of our garden and you can enjoy the view of mountains and sea. Or you can relax in our breakfast room at our large wooden table with Mallorcan flair.

We bring you the best of Majorca as well as the rest of Spain has to offer: fresh seasonal fruit, jam from Soller, fresh orange juice from regional organic oranges, different bread and pastry types, selected yoghurts, cereals and muesli, various cheese and fresh cheese types, majorcan sausage, spanish Serrano ham, salmon, tomatoes, self-produced olive oil and any choice of egg dishes you could wish for freshly prepared for you 'au minute'



Friday to Sunday between from 1 - 3pm in a relaxed atmosphere. We serve our fresh, simple and 'unfussy' Mediterranean-based cuisine with the use of vegetables, legumes, fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, …



In the evenings from 7.00 - 10pm you may enjoy the same culinary options A La Carte in the romantic setting of our antique oil mill or at the long wooden table. If the weather permits we always serve outside on our stunning terrace. As requested by several clients we now also serve our seafood paella at dinner time. Please do reserve in advance!



Our wine cellar boasts a large selection of the best Majorcan wines and current recommendations from other Spanish wine-growing regions.




To produce our fine olive oil we use only the best hand picked olives from our Ca's Xorc groves growing along the slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains. Pure goodness and heart healthy use it on salads, for cooking or simply drizzle a little on a piece of hearty rustic bread.
